摘    要:目的综述动态血压监测(ABPM)评价高血压病靶器官损害的进展。方法对24h动态值、血压昼夜节律、血压变异性、24h血压负荷等与高血压靶器官损害之间的相关性加以分析整果展现ABPM在上述方面评价高血压病靶器官损害的最新成果。结论24h动态血压均值与心发症的相关性较偶测血压为优;夜间血压降低减弱或消失的高血压病人与较高的心血管意外发生率血压变异性与心血管损坏的严重性相关,而不依赖于血压水平;血压负荷是比血压水平更为精确的危险预测脂标。ABPM诸指标与高血压病病人心、脑、肾损害有较好的相关性,可作其预测因子和具。

Abstract:Objective:To summarize the assessmant of target-organ damage in hypertensive patients by ambultory blood prossure monitoring.Methods:The ralativity of the average value of ambulatory blood pressure during 24 housr,blood pressure rhythm during day and night,blood pressure variability,blood pressure burthen and target-organ damage in hypertensire patients was analysed.Results:The current result of the assessment of target-organ damage in hypertensire patients was exhibitted.Coclusion:The ralativity of the average value of ambalatory blood prssure and cardiovascular diseases was excelled to occasional blood pressure monitoring;The ralativity of reduce and disappear of blood presure in hypertensive patient during night with high suddenness of cardiovascular diseases was obvious;The variabitity of blood pressure and cardiovascular was relative,and don't depend on the level of blood pressure.The burthen of bolld pressure was good forecast factor to monitor cardiovascular damage and hazard.The good ralativity of the factor of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and heart,brain,kideney damage in hypertensive patients was forecasting factor and researching tool for hypertensive patients.
