超声评价老年高血压病患者脉压与颈动脉硬化的关系

目的采用彩色多普勒超声及脉压评价老年高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化情况。方法动态监测80例老年高血压病患者的血压，并计算脉压，彩色多普勒超声观察颈动脉管壁、管腔、内-中膜厚度（IMT）、斑块大小及血流情况，对脉压及颈动脉情况进行分析。结果80例高血压病患者高血压分级越高，脉压越大，斑块检出率越高，颈动脉内径、IMT及阻力指数也增高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过测量脉压预测早期动脉粥样硬化，对临床预防高血压合并颈动脉硬化，减少心脑血管事件发生率有重要意义。

Evaluation of carotid atherosclerosis and pulse pressure in elderly patients with essential hypertension by ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the carotid atherosclerosis and pulse pressure in elderly patients with essential hypertension by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The blood pressure of 80 patients was monitored dynamically, and their carotid artery wall, lumens, intima - media thickness （ IMT ）, plague size and bloodstream were observed by color Doppler ultrasound, then their condition of pulse pressure and carotid atherosclerosis was analyzed. Results In 80 patients with hypertension, with the higher of hypertension grade, the pulse pressure was increased, the detection rate of plaque was increased, and the diameter of carotid artery, IMT and RI were increased, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Pulse pressure monitor can predict early atherosclerosis, early treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
