| 摘 要： | 本实验观察到营养不良大鼠膈肌Pt,Po显著下降,FT纤维萎缩重于ST纤维,肌原纤维疏松,线粒体肿胀、空化。分组经肠道给予高蛋白和低蛋白营养治疗4周后,两组大鼠膈肌Pt、Po及形态学改变均可恢复,高蛋白组膈肌收缩力、FT纤维横断面积恢复显著优于低蛋白组,接近正常水平。

| Abstract: | The present study examined the influence of nutrition deprivation (ND) on the function and morphology of diaphragm. The results showed that diaphragm atrophy results in the reduction in pt and po, that decrease in closs-sectional area is greater in degree in fast-twitch fibers than in slow-twitch fibers, and that mitochondrial swlling and myofibrill loose are observed by electron microscopic examination. Then, after 4 weeks of oral supplemental reffeeding with high protien and low protein to ND animals, the function and morphology of diaphragm, diaphragm weight, contractile force, fast-twitch fiber cross-sectional area increased more significantly in high protein group than in low proten group. |
