| 摘 要： | 目的：观察ARROW管胸腔留置引流胸水后胸腔内注射鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗癌性胸水的疗效。方法：对24例行胸腔内留置ARROW管引流胸水后腔内注射鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗。结果：胸水消失或减少总有效率为79．17％。结论：该方法不但能有效地控制癌性胸水，改善患者生存质量，延长其生存时间，而且方便安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of injecting Java brucea fruit oil emulsion injection in thorax on pleural effusion due to cancer after retaining ARROW tube in thorax for draining pleural effusion due to cancer.Method:24 patients were injected Java brucea fruit oil emulsion injection in thorax after retaining ARROW tube in thorax to drainage chest water due to cancer.Result:The total effective rate of pleural effusion due to cancer diminishing or decreasing is 79 17%.Conclusion:This method not only could control pleural effusion due to cancer effectively,improve the patients'living qualities and prolong their living time,but also was very convenient and safe. |
