瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉用于无痛人工流产的效果观察

目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法将192例早孕妇女随机分为试验组和对照组各96例。试验组实施瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,对照组实施利多卡因区域阻滞。观察2组镇痛情况、宫颈口扩张情况及呼吸频率。结果试验组术中镇痛总有效率为98.96%高于对照组的89.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组宫颈口扩张情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组麻醉5min后呼吸频率为(62.45±8.13)次/min低于对照组的(84.26±10.34)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于人工流产是可行且安全的,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of remifentanil with propofol anesthesia for induced abortion

Objective To explore the effects of remifentanil with propofol anesthesia for induced abortion. Methods 192 Cases early pregnant women were randomly divided into experiment group and contra! group,each of 96 cases. Experiment group were treated for anesthesia of remifentanil with propofol on induced abortion, control group were treated by conventional method. Observed the pain conditions, cervix dilatation and respiratory rate between two groups. Results The total effective rate of intraoperative pain conditions in experiment group （98.96%） was higher than that in control group （89.58%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The cervix dilatation of experiment group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 5 rains anesthesia breathing frequency of experiment group [ （ 62.45 ± 8.13 ） beats/min ] was lower than that of control group [ （84.26 ± 10.34） beats/min ], the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined remifentanil with propofol anesthesia for induced abortion is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical application.
