胃癌患者全胃切除术后早期肠内营养的临床应用

目的探讨胃癌全胃切除术后早期肠内营养(EN)的临床应用价值。方法将40例胃腺癌行全胃切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。观察组采用早期EN,对照组行肠外营养。观察2组体质量、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及IgG、IgA、IgM的变化情况。结果 2组治疗后血红蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白均升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM水平均低于治疗前,且低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌全胃切除术后早期EN的效果显著。

Clinical application of early enteral nutrition in gastric cancer patients after total gastrectomy

Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition （EN） in gastric cancer patients after total gastreetomy. Methods 40 cases of gastric cancers with total gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 20 cases. Obsevation group received early EN, and control group received parenteral nutrition. Changes of body weight, hemoglobin, prealbumin, transferrin, IgG, IgA, IgM in both groups were observed. Results After treatment, hemoglobin, prealbumin, transferrin in both groups were increased, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and improvements in observation group were better than those in control group, the difference were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference of IgG, IgA, IgM before and after the treatment in observation group were not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）, and IgG, IgA, IgM in control group were lower than those before treatment and in observation group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early EN in treatment of gastric cancer patients after total gastrectomy is effective.
