| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对子宫切除术后患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法将子宫切除术治疗患者78例随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组采用传统常规护理程序进行护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强心理干预。比较2组患者护理前及护理后3d、7d汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、治疗依从性及满意度。结果观察组护理后3d及7d的HAMD评分、SDS评分阴性率均高于对照组,治疗依从性好于对照组,满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对缓解子宫切除术后患者抑郁情绪有积极的作用,改善了患者的治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention for depression in post-hysterectomy patient. Methods 78 cases patients with hysterectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 39 cases. Control group receved traditional nursing program for care, and observation group were strengthened psychological intervention on the basis of control group. Compared the HAMD score, SDS score, treatment compliance and satisfaction before care and after care 3d,7d of two groups. Results After care 3d,7d,the negative rate of HAMD score and SDS score in observation group were higher than that in control group, treatment compliance was better than that in control group, satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological interventions has a positive effect for alleviate depression in post-hysterectomy patient, and improve the compliance of treatment for the patients. |
