Duac凝胶外用治疗寻常型痤疮效果观察

目的观察Duac凝胶治疗中度寻常型痤疮的效果和安全性。方法 70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组应用Duac凝胶,对照组应用3%硫磺霜。治疗4周后观察疗效,并记录不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%高于对照组的54.5%,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论 Du-ac凝胶治疗中度寻常型痤疮疗效好,不良反应少。

Clinical observation of the curative rate of Duac gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Duac gel in the treatment of Acne Vulgaris.Methods 70 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（35 in each）.The patients from the treatment group received Duac gel,and the patients from the control group received 3% sulphur cream.The results and side effects were observed in the fourth week after treatment.Results The effective rate in the test group was 85.71% while the control group was 54.54%.There were statistical significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The incidence rate of side effect in treatment group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Duac gel is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.
