复方血栓通联合潘生丁治疗冠心病心绞痛

目的观察复方血栓通联合潘生丁治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 64例符合稳定型心绞痛诊断的门诊病例,随机分为两组,治疗组(A组)32例,应用复方血栓通胶囊,每日3次;潘生丁片剂每次50 mg,每日3次.对照组(B组)32例,服用复方血栓通胶囊,每日3次.疗程均为4周.结果 A组心绞痛发作次数及持续时间比治疗前减少,ST段下降幅度也比治疗前有了明显的改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而B组治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论复方血栓通联合潘生丁治疗稳定型心绞痛效果明显优于单用复方血栓通.

Clinical Observation of Fufangxueshuantong with Persantin in Angina

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of the Fufangxueshuantong with Persantin for stable angina pectoris.Methods Sixty-four patients with stable angina pectoris were divided into Group A (n=32) and Group B (n=32) randomly.The pts in Group A were treated with Fufangxueshuantong with Persantin.The pts in Group B were treated with Fufangxueshuantong. The pts both groups were treated for four weeks.Results In the Group A, the frequency and the lasting time of angina were decreased.The ST segment depression improved dramatically in Group A following the therapy.The difference was significant (P<0.05).But for Group B, there was no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Fufangxueshuantong with Persantin is more effective than Fufangxueshuantong alone for stable angina pectoris.
