早期乳腺癌保乳术临床疗效及美学效果评定

目的 总结早期乳腺癌保乳手术的临床经验，观察近期疗效，分析影响术后美学效果的相关因素。方法 在2001年6月-2006年11月间对48例临床单发、肿瘤直径小于3.0cm、触诊腋窝淋巴结阴性的女性乳腺癌患者行肿块局部广泛切除或象限切除加腋窝淋巴结清除手术，术后给予放、化疗及内分泌治疗。结果 全部病例随访12~65个月，局部无复发转移，美学效果优良率97.9%。结论 保乳手术使早期乳腺癌患者获得良好的临床疗效和满意的美学效果，可以作为早期乳腺癌的首选治疗方法。

An analysis about the influent factors of mammary cosmetic and the effects following breast-conserving surgery

【Abstract】Objective To summarize clinic experience and to evaluate the near term effect and to analyze the influent factors of mammary cosmetic following breast- conserving surgery. Methods From June 2001 to November 2006，48 cases of early breast cancer with single small(≤3.0cm)tumor without lymph-glands metastases were treated by breast-conserving surgery with 1umpectomy or quadrantectomy and axillary lymph-glands resection.Adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine- therapy was performed postoperatively. Results All the patients were followed up for 12~ 65 months without local recurrence or distant metastasis.The excellent mam- mary cosmetic of 48 cases was 97.9%. Conclusions Breast-conserving surgery is effective in cure or cosmetic, it can be performed preferably for patients with early breast cancer.
