MSCT三维成像在肋软骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重组在肋软骨骨折诊断中的价值。方法:对12例胸部外伤临床拟诊肋软骨骨折患者组行多层螺旋CT容积扫描和薄层重建,于工作站上进行VR、MIP、MPR三维图像重组,对后处理图像进行观察。结果:所有受检者均获得较满意的重组图像,12例胸部外伤患者,CT共发现肋软骨骨折14处,肋骨骨折19处。螺旋CT三维重组图像能清晰显示骨折部位、数目及断端移位情况;肋软骨骨折三维重组图像表现特征包括肋软骨钙化中断伴断端错位和肋软骨条状略高密度影中的线样低密度骨折线。结论:多层螺旋CT三维成像能清晰显示肋软骨骨折的部位、形态,为检测肋软骨骨折的最佳影像学方法。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of multislice CT(MSCT)in diagnosis of costicartilage fracture.Methods:MSCT volume scanning was performed in 12 thoracic trauma patients who were suspected of costicartilage fracture.All images were reconstructed into thin slices and transferred into 3D workstation.Images such as volume rendering(VR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar reformation(MPR) were obtained.Results:All reconstruction images could show the costal cartilage clearly.In 12 thoracic trauma patients,14 costicartilage fractures and 19 rib fractures were revealed by MSCT,3D reconstruction images can effectively and clearly reveal the costicartilage fracture line,number of fracture and displacement.Conclusion:3D reconstruction technique of MSCT can display the position and pattern of costicatilage fracture clearly,which is a new method to diagnose costicartilage fracture
