| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年继发性肺结核CT影像特点.方法 收集临床确诊的继发性肺结核86例,按老年标准分为老年组和中青年组,对照分析两组病例的CT影像改变.结果 两组病例病变性质、胸膜粘连增厚情况差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);老年组下肺病灶、纵膈淋巴结肿大、肺内合并症发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论老年...

| Abstract: | Objective To research the CT imaging features of senile Secondary Pulmonary tuberculosis(SSPT).Methods 86 cases with Secondary pulmonary tuberculosis comfirmed by clinical examination were classified into young-middle group and aged group.Results There was no outstanding difference between these two groups in properties,adhesion and thickening of pleura;the incidence rates of the lower pulmonary lesion 、lymphadenovarix in mediastinum 、the complications in pulmonary in aged group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Senile Secondary Pulmonary Tuberculosis has much atypical feature in CT images such as the focus lymphadenovarix easily and more complications. |
