| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的操作与护理效果。方法:回顾分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术54例。结果:54例均穿刺成功,成功率为100%,发生并发症12例,其中出血7例,气胸5例,发生率为22.22%。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种定位准确、安全可靠的诊断方法,值得推广;熟练的操作和护理是穿刺成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the CT-guided lung biopsy methods of operation and nursing.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 54 cases of CT guided percutaneous needle biopsy of the technical methods and care.Results： 54 cases were successful puncture,the success rate was 100%,12 cases of complications after biopsy,of which 7 cases of hemorrhage,pneumothorax in 5 cases,the rate was 22.22%.Conclusions： CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is an accurate positioning,safe and reliable diagnostic method,it is worth promoting;Skilled operation and care is the key to successful puncture. |
