| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘弹剂在伴虹膜脱出的角膜穿通伤手术中的应用。方法在进行伴虹膜脱出的角膜穿通伤修复术时,利用合适部位的角膜穿刺口注入粘弹剂,帮助恢复前房及虹膜的回纳。结果所有病例未见虹膜前粘连,未见瞳孔明显变形及移位。结论在伴虹膜脱出的角膜穿通伤手术中,使用粘弹剂进行辅助,可最大限度减少虹膜及眼内其他组织的进一步损伤,可有效缩短手术时间,提高临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the effect of viscoelastics in the primary repair surgery of corneal perforating injury with iridoptosis.Method Viscoelastics has been injected into anterior chamber through the open keratonyxis,to keep the depth of the anterior chamber and to help the recoil of the iris.Result No anterior synechia、discoria or obviously pupil displacement was observed in all patients.Conclusion The method can effectively shorten the time of the surgery、elevate the therapeutic efficacy and reduce complications. |
