剖宫产患者麻醉前后留置气囊导尿舒适度的比较

目的:为了提高患者在留置气囊尿管期间的舒适度,探讨剖宫产患者留置气囊尿管的最佳时机。方法:将收治的80例待产妇随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组为产妇在麻醉之前置入气囊导尿管,实验组为产妇在麻醉置管成功初次用药起效后置入气囊导尿管,监测两组患者导尿前后的收缩压、舒张压、心率及不适感。结果:对照组导尿前后血压、心率有明显改变(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。实验组导尿前后血压、心率无明显改变。实验组患者的舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉置管成功初次用药后置入气囊导尿管可以明显减轻患者疼痛和不适感,能提高产科护理服务满意度。

Cesarean section after anesthesia indwelling balloon catheter comfort comparison

Objective：In order to improve patient comfort during the indwelling balloon catheter degree of cesarean section in patients with indwelling balloon catheter the best time.Method： Mothers will be admitted 80 patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,control group was placed in the balloon catheter before anesthesia maternal experimental group was successful in the initial treatment of narcotic catheter inserted balloon catheter after the onset maternal monitoring group 2 patients before and after catheterization,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and discomfort.Results： In the control group before and after catheterization,blood pressure,heart rate changed significantly（P〈0.05）,a statistically significant difference.Experimental group before and after catheterization,blood pressure,heart rate did not change significantly.Experimental group were significantly better than the comfort of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The success of the initial anesthesia catheter inserted balloon catheter after treatment can significantly reduce pain and discomfort can increase satisfaction with obstetric care services
