| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨解剖异常阑尾炎的手术技巧。方法:回顾性分析假环状阑尾和乙状结肠右侧转位的阑尾手术技巧。结果:3例解剖异常的阑尾均完成了阑尾切除术。结论:解剖异常的阑尾通过术者细致的解剖与手术,均能圆满的完成手术。

| Abstract: | Objective：discussion the operative technique of abnormal anatomic appendicitis.Methods：the operative technique operated by the author was retrospectively studied,including cricoappendix and appendicitis with sigmoid flexure right allotopia.Results：All the 3 cases were Completed the surgical treatment by seaching carefully and selecting reasonable operative methods.Conclusion：For abnormal anatomic appendicitis,ideal effect can be achieved by careful dissecting and operating. |
