| 摘 要： | 目的探讨独一味总环烯醚萜苷对大鼠机体纤溶系统的影响。方法通过对大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间、全血浆凝块溶解时间以及血浆复钙溶解时间的测定,评价独一味总环烯醚萜苷对纤溶功能和凝血功能的影响。结果独一味总环烯醚萜苷能明显延长大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间和全血浆凝块溶解时间,延长离体大鼠血浆复钙时间。结论独一味总环烯醚萜苷能通过抑制纤溶激活物而发挥止血作用。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the hemostatic effects of iridoid glycosides extract from Lamiophlomis Rotata（IGLR）.Methods The changing of the euglobulin lysis time（ELT） and the whole plasma clot lysis time were evaluated after oral administration of IGLR for 7 days.The plasma recalcification times（RT） of rats were tested in vitro.Results IGLR can prolong the ELT,the whole plasma clot lysis time and RT obviously.Conclusion IGIR might play the hemostatic effect as one of plasminogen inhibitor. |
