多轴位X线摄影在肋骨骨折诊断中的价值

目的:探讨多轴位X线摄影在诊断肋骨骨折中的价值。方法:对68例胸部外伤患者,在摄取正位胸片及双能量减影的同时,采取加摄斜位、切线位、透视下点片的方法,对各种方法发现肋骨骨折数进行分析。结果:单独正位胸片及双能量减影,发现肋骨骨折51例,多轴位X线摄影,发现肋骨骨折17例。结论:在肋骨骨折的诊断中,在摄取正位胸片及双能量减影的同时,应根据病情有目的的加摄斜位片或切线位片,必要时透视下多轴位点片。

X-ray photography in the multi-axis position the diagnosis of rib fracture Radiology

Objective：To investigate the value of the multi-axis digital X-ray photography in the diagnosis of rib fractures in value.Methods： 68 cases of chest trauma patients,anteroposterior chest in the intake and dual energy subtraction at the same time,to take additional photo oblique,tangential position,under fluoroscopic spot film of the method,to analysis the number of rib fractures found in a variety of methods.Results： single anteroposterior chest X-ray and dual energy subtraction found 51 cases of rib fracture,multi-bit X-ray photography found 17 cases.Conclusion： The diagnosis of rib fracture,anteroposterior chest and two in the intake of energy subtraction,it should also add the condition of patients with the purpose of photo film or tangential oblique slice,if necessary,spot film in multi-axis position under fluoroscopic should be done
