| Abstract: | Issues related to personnel system reform in state-owned hospitals have been discussed. Deepening personnel reform is essential in the reform of state-owned hospitals. Aimed at the existing problems in personnel reform in stateowned hospitals, it is suggested that modern human resources management training, con- stant change of personnel perceptions, and study and application of modern human resources management approaches and tools can facilitate the personnel system reform in state-owned hospitals and promote the rapid and sound development of hosnitals. |
