普外科手术患者切口感染相关因素分析

目的分析普外科患者手术切口感染相关因素,制定有效的医院感染控制办法和措施。方法对2009年7月～2010年6月普外科收治的共657例手术患者临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果 657例手术患者手术切口感染率为4.10%;经统计学分析发现,切口类型,手术性质,年龄,手术时间和住院时间均与切口感染有关联(P<0.05),而性别因素则与切口感染无关(P>0.05);各类外科手术中切口感染最多的是胃肠道肿瘤根治术,而在肝脏手术、甲状腺手术和腹腔镜手术中则没有发现切口感染。结论增强医务人员的预防意识,严格无菌技术操作,重视规范操作技能,应用微创技术,提倡围手术期合理应用抗菌药物是预防手术切口感染的重要措施。

Correlative factors for nosocomial infection in surgical incision

Aim To investigate the correlative factors of surgical incision with nosocomial infection,in order to take effective prevention and control measures in the nosocomial infection.Methods The clinical data of 657 surgery patients in general surgery department between July 2009 and June 2010 were analyzed.Results The nosocomial infection rate of surgical incision was 4.10% in total 657 surgery patients.The type of surgical incision,nature of surgery,ages,operation time and hospital stay were associated with nosocomial infection（all P〈0.05）.Resection of gastrointestinal tumors occupied the first place in all types of nosocomial infection in surgical incision.Conclusion Through important measures of enhancing the medical staff＇s awareness of prevention,operating aseptic technique strictly,emphasizing and specifying operating skills,applying minimally invasive technique and advocating reasonable application of antibiotics during perioperative period,surgical incision infection can be prevented.
