奥曲肽治疗不完全肠梗阻临床疗效分析

目的探讨奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将粘连性不完全肠梗阻的患者40例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组20例,研究组给予胃肠减压、禁饮食、纠正酸碱平衡紊乱和水电解质失衡等,应用抗生素并加用奥曲肽0.1 mg,皮下注射,q8 h,连用3～5 d。对照组仅给予胃肠减压、禁饮食、纠正酸碱平衡紊乱和水电解质失衡等,应用抗生素治疗。观察两组患者腹痛、腹胀等症状、体征改善程度,肛门排气时间及平均住院时间。结果治疗3 d后对照组患者腹痛缓解7例（35.0%）,腹胀缓解6例（30.0%）,平均肛门排气时间为（4.3±2.2）d,平均住院时间为（11.1±2.2）d;研究组患者腹痛缓解14例（70.0%）,腹胀缓解12例（60.0%）,平均肛门排气时间为（2.5±1.8）d,平均住院时间为（7.9±2.3）d,两组数据间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组总有效率为70.0%;研究组总有效率为90.0%;两组数据间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肠梗阻在常规治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽治疗能明显改善肠梗阻患者症状,使用安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of octreotide in treating incomplete intestinal obstruction

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of octreotide in treating incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods 40 patients of acute incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into study group(n=20) and control group(n=20),patients in study group received gastrointestinal decompression,fasting,correction of acid-base balance disorders and water,electrolyte imbalanc combined with octreotide(0.1 mg subcutaneously,q8 h,for 3~5 d).the control group were received gastrointestinal decompression,fasting,correction of acid-base balance disorders and water,electrolyte imbalance without octreotide.Results Compared to the control group,the remission rate of abdominal pain and abdominal distension increased significantly(P<0.05);the average times of anal flatus and hospital stay were shortened markedly in study group(P<0.05);the total effective rate(90.0%) in study group was higher than that(70.0%) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Octreotide treatment can significantly improve symptoms of incomplete intestinal obstruction,which is a safety and effective adjuvant therapy for incomplete intestinal obstruction.
