| 摘 要： | 压疮伤口的愈合是一个复杂的过程,其护理理念正由传统的干性愈合向现代的湿性愈合发展。该文通过正确评估压疮伤口,运用湿性愈合理念,根据患者的具体情况,选择合适的湿性敷料或改良的湿性敷料,创造接近生理状态的湿性愈合环境,促使伤口加速愈合。

| Abstract: | The healing of pressure score wound is a complex process,and its nursing philosophy is experiencing a change from tranditional dry healing to moist healing.Based on the accurate evaluation of treating pressure sores,the present paper reviews the usage philosophy for the moist healing and the selecting of suitable moist dressing or improved moist dressing according to the sufferer individual condition,creating a near physiological state of the moist healing environment,in order to promote accelerated wound healing. |
