老年消瘦患者外周浅静脉穿刺高成功率的探讨

目的:探讨老年消瘦患者外周浅静脉穿刺高成功率的方法。方法:左手拇指与其他四指分别向患者两侧及远端方用力绷紧皮肤而充分固定静脉,穿刺见回血,立即停止进针而固定针炳。结果:与传统固定静脉和见回血后再进针少许的穿刺方法比较,P<0.01。结论:对老年消瘦患者进行外周浅静脉穿刺采用充分固定静脉和见回血后立即停止进针的方法,可明显提高穿刺成功率。

The exploration to improve the achievement ratio of the peripheral superficial venipuncture for elderly peaked Patients

Objective： to explore the methods to improve the achievement ratio of the peripheral superficial venipuncture for elderly peaked Patients.Method： to make patients＇ skin in where venipunctures would be tense and vein fully fixed by using the thumb and other fingers of left hand of investigators to hold each side of the skin,Once the blood refluence happened,stop the puncture immediately and fix the needle handle.Result： Compared with the traditional method of fixing vein and inserting needle a little after the blood refluence happened,the new method is improved.（P0.01）.Conclusion： The method that fully fixing vein and stop needle insertion in acupuncture immediately as the blood refluence can improve higher success rate of peripheral shallow venipuncture for elderly peaked Patients.
