The experiments of craniotomy treatment for 90 cases with hypertensive intracerebral

Objective To compare the efficacy of bone window craniotomy with small and large trauma method in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The data of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively with 45 cases in small bone window craniotomy group(experimental group) and 45 cases in.large trauma craniotomy(control group).3 Month follow-up in January,compared the efficacy of group 2 patients after total efficiency and activities of daily living(ADI) rating changes,and use of Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS) and neurological deficit scoring(MESSS) evaluation of the two scores were compared.Results The verall response rate(markedly effective + efficient) in experimental group was higher than that in control group during 1-3 follow-up(P<0.05);ADI degree,CSS and MESSS scores in experimental group were higher significantly those in contol group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The small bone window craniotomy is superior to the large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
