| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable stage of vitiligo.Methods The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 125 patients with 168 lesions were treated twice or three times per week by 308 nm excimer laser.The efficacy and related factors were evaluated after treated with excimer more than 20 times.Results The markedly effective rate was 52.4%.The effective rate of the treated lesions was 88.7%.The lesions on the face and neck had a better response t... |
