依达拉奉对急性脑梗死神经功能缺损康复的影响

目的:观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死的神经保护作用。方法:将32例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(依达拉奉)和对照组,观察两组治疗前、治疗后d7、d14、d21的CSS和BI变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组CSS评分在d7明显改善(P<0.05),d14、d21有显著变化(P<0.01);BI改变在d7无统计学意义(P>0.05),d14、d21时有显著改善(P<0.01);对照组CSS评分在d7时变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),d14有明显改善(P<0.05),d21时有显著变化(P<0.01);BI变化与CSS变化呈一致性(d7、d14、d21分别为P>0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01)。与对照组比较,两组CSS、BI在治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),d14、d21时差异均有显著性(P<0.01),在d7时两者CSS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而BI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉可明显改善缺血早期神经功能的康复,具有很好的神经保护作用。

Effect of Edaravone in Rehabilitation of Neurologic Impairment on Acute Brain Infarction

Objective： To study the effect of Edaravone to neurologic impairment on acute brain infarction.Method： Divided the 32 patients into two groups randomly ：treatment group（Edaravone） and control group.Observe the change of CSS and BI at d0 、 d7、d14 and d21 after trearment in two groups respectively.Result： Compared with d0,the difference of CSS has statistical significance in treatment group at d7、d14 and d21（P〈0.05、P〈0.01、P〈0.01）,and the difference of BI has statistical significance at d14 and d21,respectively（P〈0.05、p 〈0.01）;There has no difference of BI at d7（P〉0.05）.In control group,both CSS and BI have significance at d14 and d21 respectively（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）,and not at d7（P〉0.05）compared with pretreatment.Compared with control group,the difference of CSS and BI has statistical significance at d14 and d21（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）,has no statistical significance atd0（P〉0.05）,respectively.At d7 there has statistical significance in CSS（P〈0.05）,but has no different in BI（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Edaravone has good neurofunctional protective effect on acute brain infarction,and can significantly promote neurological recovery.
