| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经腹直肠前壁折叠及直肠侧壁悬吊固定治疗直肠脱垂的应用价值。方法:回顾分析25例Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂病人的临床资料,采用经腹直肠前壁折叠及直肠侧壁悬吊固定治疗。结果:病人术后均获随访,平均随访40.8个月,痊愈23例,好转2例,无术后并发症及复发者。结论:经腹直肠前壁折叠及直肠侧壁悬吊固定治疗直肠脱垂是一种较好的手术方式,手术同时应治疗其他的合并病。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of treating rectal prolapse by transabdominal anteriorwallrecto-plication and rectal lateral wall suspension fixation.Methods： A retrospective study of 25 cases of rectal prolapse（Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree） who were treated by transabdominal anteriorwallrecto-plication and rectal lateral wall suspension fixation.Results： All patients were followed up with an average of 40.8 months.23 cases was cured,2 cases were effective.No post-operative complication and recurrence.Conclusion： Transabdominal anteriorwallrecto-plication and rectal lateral wall suspension fixation is a good surgical procedure,other complications should be treated at the same time. |
