巩膜隧道小切口治疗青光眼滤过术后小瞳孔硬核性白内障的疗效观察

目的方法结果结论观察青光眼滤过术后小瞳孔硬核性白内障行巩膜隧道小切口白内障摘出人工晶体植入术的疗效。46例54眼青光眼滤过术后小瞳孔硬核性白内障,行颞上或颞侧巩膜隧道小切口白内障摘出人工晶体植入术,术后随访6-12个月,观察术后视力、眼压、滤过泡以及并发症等眼部情况,并评价其疗效。46例54眼术后视力均不同程度提高,眼压控制于正常范围,并保留原功能性滤过泡。采用巩膜隧道小切口白内障摘出人工晶体植入术是一种治疗青光眼滤过术后小瞳孔硬核性白内障的有效方法。

Clinical observation on small-pupil cataract with hard nucleus after trabeculectomy treating with small incision cataract surgery

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cataract extraction after trabeculectomy through small scleral tunnel incision.Methods 46 cases (54 eyes) with cataract after glaucoma filtering surgery.
