| 摘 要： | 使用膝关节镜检查治疗多种膝关节疾病是一项先进的技术。本文结合作者在新加坡对１２８例行膝关节镜术后病人的护理体会，认为密切观察、记录病人的生命体征及患肢血液循环情况，加强伤口护理，指导病人术后体位及不同时期的功能锻炼，对预防术后并发症，促进膝关节正常功能的恢复，提高疗效有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The knee arthroscopy is the advanced techniqued for examnation and treatment of many knee lesion. I summarized the postoperative nursing care of 128 cases by knee arthroscopy in Singapore. Careful observation the basic symptom and circulation of leg, strengthen wound care, having special position and scientifical physiotherapy of different period were emphasized. All thess methods could prevent many complication, improve the effects of treatment and let patient recover as soon as possible. |
