| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价临床上应用自动持续气道正压 (Auto- CPAP)通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的疗效。方法:对 4 0例 OSAHS患者使用 Auto- CPAP呼吸机进行压力滴定治疗 ,比较治疗前后呼吸暂停指数 (AI)、呼吸紊乱指数 (AHI)及最低血氧饱和度 (L Sa O2 )。结果:治疗后 AHI、AI、L Sa O2 较治疗前明显改善(P均 <0 .0 0 1)。 结论 :Auto CPAP通气是一种治疗 OSAHS的有效的方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of automatic continuous positive airway pressure (Auto CPAP) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: 40 patients with OSAHS were diagnosed by Polysomnography (PSG) and accepted therapy by auto CPAP. Comparison of apnea/hypopnea index (AHI), apnea index (AI) and the lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO\-2) before and after treatment was used. Results: The paraments of AI?AHI?LSaO\-2 of patients were obviously improved than that before treatment. Conclusion: Auto CPAP is an effective and convenient method for treatment of OSAHS. |
