摘    要:【目的】观察光照对复方当归注射液中阿魏酸稳定性的影响。【方法】采用HPLC法测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的含量。【结果】复方当归注射液在自然光下放置5d转化基本达到平衡时,阿魏酸的含量下降为最初含量的92.5%。【结论】阿魏酸对光敏感,因此在含阿魏酸的中药制剂制备过程中,要注意避光操作,同时在选择包装时应尽量采用棕色玻璃瓶包装或容器内衬垫黑纸,避光储存。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the influence of light on stability of ferulie acid in the compound Angelica injection. Methods] Determination of the content of ferulie acid in the compound Angelica injection by HPLC technology. Re-sults] The content of ferulic acid in the initial dropped in 92.5%, after the compound angelica injection was placed into basic balance under natural light for five days. Conclusions] The ferulic acid is sensitive to light, therefore we should pay attention to protect from light in the process of preparation of traditional Chinese medicine containing ferulie acid, and make full use of brown glass bottle or container liner black paper to store away from light in the choice of packaging.
