| 摘 要： | 本实验以家兔为实验对象对复方新诺明(以下称CoSMZ)与苯妥英钠(以下称DPH—Na)联合应用对DPH—Na药物动力学变化的影响进行了观察,采用灌胃—周COSMZ再给予DPH—Na,利用紫外分光光度法测得经时血药浓度变化值,并计算各有关药物动力学参数,与未给CoSMZ组对照,发现K_(10)、V_c、V_d、K_o、t1/2(β)等参数有显著或非常显著差异。提示合用CoSMZ对DPH—Na的药动学变化有影响,在临床用药方面需合理调整剂量。

| Abstract: | The effect of sulfame thoxazolum Co.(SMZ-CO.)on pharmacokinetios of phenytoin soditum was studied in rabbits. Only phenytoin sodlum was administered once by intravenous injection in the control group.In the experimental group SMZ-CO.Was Poured into the stomach(0.2g/kg,daily) for one week,and then phenytoin sodium was administened in the same way as in the control group.Plasma phenytoin sodium concentration was measured with the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and its pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated according to the formulas concerned.The results showed that in the value of some main pharmacokinetics parameters significant difference existed between both groups. |
