依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病30例分析

目的探讨依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的临床疗效。方法将60例DEACMP患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组在高压氧等常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉30mg/次,2次/d静滴,对照组给予高压氧等常规治疗,均治疗30 d,定时监测血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度。治疗前后均用长谷川智力量表(HDS)检测智能评分。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率66.67%,2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组HDS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后MDA浓度较治疗前均明显降低(P均<0.05),对照组变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉配合高压氧治疗DEACMP疗效好,值得临床推广。

Edaravone combined hyperbaric oxygen on 30 cases of the delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of edaravone combined hyperbaric oxygen on the delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods Sixty patients with DEACMP were randomly divided into therapy group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The basic treatments of two groups were identical.Based on the basic treatments,therapy group was treated with edaravone injection 60 mg/d,intravenously for 30 days.The changes of MDA and HDS were measured in two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.67%,and it was 66.67% in control group.The treatment effects in two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement of HDS in therapy group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.01),and in therapy group there was marked decrement in latency of MDA in therapy group than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined hyperbaric oxygen has favorable cognitive effect on DEACMP,which can be used extensively in clinic.
