护理人员业余时间资源的利用

为探讨护理人员业余时间资源的利用情况，对我院227名护理人员的业余时间资源进行了调查。认为护理人员业余时间资源的知识开发意识有待加强，部分护理人员对知识扩大化的认知有待提高，部分护理人员还是要走以自学为主的道路。应增加护理人员业余时间资源的开发投资，开展多层次、多渠道，多形式的继续护理学教育，以适应知识经济社会和护理学发展的需要。
