肾包虫囊肿的CT诊断(附3例报告)

本文报告经手术证实的3例肾包虫囊肿的CT表现。其特征性表现是:(1)卵圆形或圆形水样密度囊肿。(2)母囊内有子囊。(3)囊膜剥离征象。(4)囊壁钙化。并讨论了本病的破裂感染和与先天性肾囊肿的鉴别诊断。

CT Diagnosis of Renal Hydatid Cyst(Report of 3 Cases)

CT findings of 3 cases of renal hydatid cyst verified by operation were reported. The principal features were: 1. Round or oval, sharply defined cystic lesion with watery density; 2. Presence of the cystic wall and wall rim calcification. These calcification often are located within the ectocyst; 3. Visulization of daughter cysts within the mother cyst. The fluid of viable daughter cysts has a consistently lower CT density than that of mother cysts; 4. Signs of cystic membrane detachment, Significance of various CT appearances of renal hydatid cyst were discussed. Complications as rupture and infection of renal hydatid cyst and differential diagnosis from renal cyst were discussed. When the endocyst ruptures, hydatid fluid escapes into the potential space between the ectocyst and the endocyst, thus endocyst collapses. Signs of cyst infection: increase in the density of the hydatid fluid due to the presence of pus; and enhancement of the cystic wall after administration of contrast medium.
