| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子午流注择时穴位敷贴疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者平衡能力的影响。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组实施患处穴位敷贴，实验组实施子午流注择时穴位敷贴。采用闭目单足站立、计时起立一步行测验、Berg平衡量表评价2组患者平衡能力的改善效果。结果干预后实验组闭目单足站立测试时间和Berg平衡量表得分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义；干预后实验组计时起立一步行测验时间显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论子午流注穴位敷贴能有效提高膝关节骨性关节炎患者的平衡能力，从而预防跌倒的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupoint application on balance ability in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 patients in each. The control group used the affected area acu- point-patch and the experimental group used midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupoint. The eyes closed standing on one foot test, Timed Up and Go Test （TUGT）, Berg Balance Scale （BBS） were used to evaluate the pa- tients＇ balance ability. Results The scores of eyes closed standing on one foot test and BBS in the exper- imental group after the intervention were higher than those of the control group, and the TUGT time was lower than the control group. Conclusions Flowing acupoint application can improve the patients＇ bal- ance ability, so that can prevent the occurrence of fall. |
