阿奇霉素治疗儿童哮喘对MCP-1的影响

[摘要] 目的 研究阿奇霉素治疗儿童哮喘对患儿血浆和痰液中单核细胞趋化蛋白1（MCP-1）水平的影响，探讨其治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法 80例儿童分为3组：健康对照组20例，哮喘患儿60例随机分为常规治疗组和加用阿奇霉素的阿奇霉素治疗组，每组各30例，所有哮喘患儿均予以布地奈德吸入治疗，阿奇霉素治疗组加用阿奇霉素治疗。运用ELASA法检测受试者血清和痰液中MCP-1水平，比较MCP-1在治疗前两组患儿与健康对照组及治疗前后两组间的表达情况。结果 治疗前两组哮喘患儿MCP-1在血清和痰液中的水平明显增高，与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义（均有P<0.01），治疗后，阿奇霉素治疗组MCP-1在血清和痰液的表达水平低于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（分别P<0.01，P<0.05）。结论 阿奇霉素可降低哮喘患儿MCP-1的表达，缓解哮喘的发作。

Influence of Azithromycin in childhren asthma on the level of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1

To explore the level of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in serum and sputum in children with asthma by using azithromycin and investigate the machanism of asmtha treatment Method 80 children were were allocated into three groups:20 as controll, 60 children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups,routine treatment group of 30 cases and azithromycin treatment group of 30 cases. All children with asthma inhalled budesonide and Azithromycin treatment group were treated with azithromycin.The levels of MCP-1 in serum and sputum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA)．The therapeutic effect and the result were compared. Results The leves of MCP-1 in sreum and in sputum with asthma are significantly higher than that in control before treatment. The azithromycin treatment group, the levels of MCP-1 in sreum and in sputum are significantly lower than that in the routine treatment group(respectly,P<0.01 and P<0.05) after treatment,Conclusion Azithromycin can reduce MCP-1 in sreum and sputum and relief asthma attacks.
