摘    要:以黄柏中小檗碱含量为指标,考察了粉碎度,提取次数,提取时间、溶煤量对贡柏提取工艺的影响。方法:采用均匀设计试验方法。结果:黄柏药材切成长5cm的丝,提取20min,加水8倍量提取次4次。结论该方法提取效率高。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of comminution degree, extraction times, extraction time and solvent amount on the extraction process for cortex phellodendri. Methods: The uniform design method was used. Results: Cortex Phellodendri was cut up into 5cm long, and extracted with 8 times amount of water for 4 times, 20 min. each time. Conclusion: This extraction condition is the optimum one for cortex Phellodendri.
