| 摘 要： | 以黄柏中小檗碱含量为指标，考察了粉碎度，提取次数，提取时间、溶煤量对贡柏提取工艺的影响。方法：采用均匀设计试验方法。结果：黄柏药材切成长５ｃｍ的丝，提取２０ｍｉｎ，加水８倍量提取次４次。结论该方法提取效率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of comminution degree, extraction times, extraction time and solvent amount on the extraction process for cortex phellodendri. Methods: The uniform design method was used. Results: Cortex Phellodendri was cut up into 5cm long, and extracted with 8 times amount of water for 4 times, 20 min. each time. Conclusion: This extraction condition is the optimum one for cortex Phellodendri. |
