抑郁症、精神分裂症患者细胞免疫和血超氧化物歧化酶的对照研究

摘    要:目的 检测抑郁症、精神分裂症患者细胞免疫和血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的差异 ,探讨精神症状的不同病理基础。方法 对 2 4例抑郁症和 2 6例精神分裂症同时检测自然杀伤 (NK)淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞转化率和血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平 ,以 2 5名健康人作为对照组 ;同时用简明精神病评定量表、阳性症状评定量表、阴性症状评定量表测查精神分裂症患者 ,并用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定抑郁症患者。结果  (1)抑郁症患者NK细胞 [(15± 4) % ]低于对照组 [(2 1± 3) % ],P <0 0 1。精神分裂症NK细胞 [(2 5± 7) % ]高于对照组和抑郁症组 ,P均 <0 0 1;(2 )抑郁症淋巴细胞转化率 [(80±6 ) % ]略高于对照组 [(78± 6 ) % ],P >0 0 5。精神分裂症淋巴细胞转化率 [(6 6± 10 ) % ]低于对照组和抑郁症组 ,P均 <0 0 1;(3)抑郁症组血SOD值与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;精神分裂症SOD值[(876± 6 75 )ng mgHb]高于对照组 [(6 5 9± 15 2 )ng mgHb ,P <0 0 1]和抑郁症组 [(70 2± 15 0 )ng mgHb ,P <0 0 5 ]。结论 抑郁症和精神分裂症患者可能存在不同的生物学基础 ,这与其不同的病理机制、病程转归有关。

Abstract:Objectives To examine the possible differences in cellular immune function and blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) concentration between depression and schizophrenia, and to explore the psychopathology of psychiatric symptoms Methods Twenty four depressed patients, 30 schzophrenics and 25 normal controls were compared with respect to cellular immune function that is, natural killer (NK) cells, mitogen responsiveness to psytohemaggulutinin (PHA); and blood SOD level The brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), scale for assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS) and scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) were tested in schizophrenics and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) in depressed patients Results Compared with the controls, NK cells were significantly lower in depressed patients, but higher in schizophrenic patients; There was significantly lower response to PHA in schizophrenics, but a tendency to be higher in patients with depression; A significantly higher SOD level was noted in schizophrenics but no difference between depression and controls Conclusions There are biological differences between depression and schizophrenia, which may be associated with their different psychopathology and progression of illness courses
