江苏省社区人群基线危险因素与发生代谢综合征的队列研究

目的通过队列研究,了解江苏省社区人群代谢综合征（MS）的发病情况,并用两种诊断标准比较基线合并各危险因素随访发展为MS的风险。方法采用前瞻性队列研究方法,对2000年建立的35-74岁队列人群进行随访。随访终点为MS,分别采用两个诊断标准（2005年国际糖尿病联盟标准及2005年美国成人胆固醇教育计划第三次报告亚裔标准）。结果江苏省人群具有高MS发病率,随访期间的MS发病率均随基线合并MS组分异常数的增加而增加;生存分析显示：在IDF定义下,性别、体力活动和基线患有高LP（a）、高CRP、高血压家族史、肥胖家族史是MS发病的主要危险因素,而在ATPⅢ定义下,高LP（a）、高CRP和被动吸烟是MS的主要危险因素。结论江苏省社区人群具有较高的MS发病率,这预示着心血管等疾病的发病率及死亡率将会增加,因此应尽早筛查MS高危人群并重视基线高危因素的综合防治。

Relationship between the basic risk factors and the RR of MS in cohort
