| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄芪注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性膀胱病的临床疗效。方法61例患者随机分成治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组采用黄芪注射液联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,4周为1疗程。结果治疗组有效率93.5%,对照组有效率80.0%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但两组的治愈率分别为48.4%及23.3%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。膀胱尿残余量治疗前后比较,两组患者均有明显改善(P<0.01),而治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性膀胱病的临床疗效优于单用甲钴胺治疗。
