超敏C反应蛋白和儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性研究

目的探讨血浆超敏C反应蛋白（high sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP）水平和儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS）的关系。方法2008～2009年经多道睡眠图监测确诊的30例OSAHS儿童纳入OSAHS组,30例患慢性扁桃体炎的儿童纳入慢性扁桃体炎组,另外30名副耳及喉蹼的儿童为正常对照组。3组儿童在年龄、性别、体块指数（body mass index,BMI）方面的均衡性检验显示差异无显著性。所有儿童清晨空腹抽取静脉血进行hs-CRP测定。结果①OSAHS组、慢性扁桃体炎组及正常对照组的hs-CRP水平在3组之间无显著性差异（χ2=0.179,P=0.914）,②OSAHS组hs-CRP水平和呼吸暂停低通气指数（apnea and hypopnea index,AHI）、BMI及最低动脉血氧饱和度（lowest oxygen saturation,LSaO2）之间无显著相关性（rs分别为0.343、0.104、-0.062,P分别为0.064、0.584、0.747）。结论OSAHS儿童的hs-CRP水平无明显升高,且hs-CRP水平与AHI、BMI及LSaO2之间无显著相关性。

High sensitive C-reactive protein and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the level of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)and obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in children.
