医院临床消毒灭菌效果监测与分析

目的分析我院临床各个科室消毒灭菌的工作情况，及时找出存在的问题，并提出相对应的对策，以降低我院医院感染的几率。方法对我院临床25个科室进行消毒灭菌效果的监测与分析，主要监测对象包括各个科室的空气、正在使用的消毒液、高压蒸汽灭菌装置、医务人员的手以及需要消毒的物体等。结果2009年一年中，各个科室空气中消毒合格率为93％，高压灭菌物体以及消毒液的合格率为100％，医务人员的手和经过消毒的物体消毒灭菌的合格率分别为90％和89％。结论动态监测显示大部分科室消毒灭菌的效果良好，但是消毒灭菌是医院临床科室的一件大事，因此对于没有达到要求的应该加强消毒灭菌效果的监测，保证达到要求。

Conclusion Dynamic monitoring showed that most of the effect of disinfection and sterilization department is good, but it is a sterile hospital clinical departments of a major event, it did not meet the requirements for the effect of sterilization should be strengthened to ensure that achieve the requirements.
