加替沙星和左氧氟沙星对照治疗耐药肺结核105例

目的:比较含加替沙星和左氧氟沙星方案治疗耐药肺结核的疗效。方法:105例耐药肺结核病例,分为试验组60例,对照组45例。试验组用含加替沙星联合抗结核化学药物,对照组用含左氧氟沙星的抗结核化学药物。两组其他抗结核药物组成相同。疗程均为1年。结果:疗程结束时试验组和对照组的痰结核菌转阴率分别为93.3%和91.1%(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组病灶吸收率分别为98.4%和88.9%(P<0.05),空洞闭合率分别为65.6%和67.8%(P>0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论:加替沙星能促进痰结核菌阴转,治疗耐药肺结核的短期疗效明显。

Comparison of efficacy between gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in treatment of 105 patients with drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective:To compare the efficacy of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin for drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:105 patients with drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into the test group(n=60)and the control group(n=45).The test group was treated with combined regimen including gatifloxacin for a year,while the control group was given combined regimen including levofloxacin.Other compositions in regimens between two groups were the same.Results:At the end of treatment the negative transformation rate of sputum tubercle-bacillus in the test group and the control group was 93.3% vs 91.1%(P>0.05),absorption rate was 98.4% vs 88.9%(P<0.05),and the negative transformation rate of pulmonary cavity was 65.6% vs 67.8%(P>0.05).No severe adverse reactions were observed in the test and control group.Conclusion:Gatifloxacin regimen has better effect than levofloxacin regimen for drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis.
