| 摘 要： | 《内经》的许多针灸篇章中都蕴藏着一个诊脉原则，通过正确察脉，可以准确判断经络脏腑之气的虚与实，从而指导针灸治疗，诊脉对针灸昨证的指导作用包括决定针灸方法。决定针灸取穴，检验针刺效果和判断针灸禁忌等。

| Abstract: | Many sections and chapters of acupuncture and moxibustion in The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic contain a principle of pulse taking. Correct pulse taking can accurately assess deficiency or excess of Qi of meridians and Zang and Fu organs, so as to direct acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Directing action of pulse taking on clinical acupuncture and moxibustion includes determination of acupuncture and moxibustion methods, selection of acupoint, examination of acupuncture and moxibustion effects, and assessment of contraindication. |
