| 摘 要： | 用ＬＤＨ释放法测定了３２例尖锐湿疣及４１例正常对照者的ＮＫ细胞活性。发现患者组显著低于对照组，其中短病程组ＮＫ细胞活性下降不明显，长病程组下降非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。文中讨论了导致ＮＫ细胞活性下降的原因。

| Abstract: | In this paper,natural killer cell activity of 32 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 41 cases of healthy control was determined with LDH releasing method. The results showed that the NK activity of patients was less than that of the control significantly.The depress of NK activity was not remarkable in short duration group, but significant in long duration group.The possible mechanism of the depressed natural killer cell activity was discussed. |
