老年高脂血症与膳食相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨膳食营养成分摄入量与老年高脂血症的关系。方法 采用3d膳食回顾法对老年高脂血症和非高脂血症各200例进行问卷调查。结果 老年高脂血症组在膳食的脂肪摄入量、脂肪占总热能比例、胆固醇摄入量明显高于对照组,而纤维摄入量明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年人通过控制总热能摄入、降低脂肪占总热能的比例、增加蔬菜水果摄入量和适度运动量等措施,有可能降低高脂血症的患病率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between the intaking quantity of dietary nutritional compositions and elderly high plasma lipid. Methods 200 cases of elderly high plasma lipid patients and 200 cases of nonhigh plasma lipid were surveyed by dietary recallable survey in three days with asking volume. Results The intaking quantity of fat and cholesteral and fat percentage of the total energy was more higher in group of elderly high plasma lipid than that in controls, and the intaking quantity of dietary fiber was more lower than that in controls( both P < 0.05). Conclusion It is imposible that the percentage of high plasma lipid is decreased by controling the intake of total energy,debasing the fat percentage of the total energy,increasing the intake of vegetables and fruits,and increasing exercise in the elderly.
