| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)体外表达CD40配体(CD40L)及产生炎症因子,探讨其发病机制.方法分别采用流式细胞技术及ELISA法检测PBMC表达CD40L阳性细胞率及培养上清中IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6浓度,并进行相关分析.结果与正常儿童比较,HSP的CD40L阳性细胞率及IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6浓度明显增高;且CD40L与IL-1β及TNF-α均呈正相关.结论CD40L异常信号介导的炎症反应参与HSP发病.
