| 摘 要： | 本文对196例35岁以下大肠息肉患者临床特点进行总结分析。结果显示：单发息肉显著高于多发，左半结肠较右半结肠多，临床表现以血便为主，病理类型以炎型息肉为主，其次为增生性息肉。

CLINICAL FEATURES OF 196 CASES YOUNG PATIENTS WITH POLYPI OF LARGE INTESTINE |

| Abstract: | Cases from 1991 to 2000 were examined with colonoscope in this paper,196 cases in juvernile below 35 years old had the polypi of large intestine.The clinical features were significantly solitary polypi than multiple ones and patients had more left colic polypi than right ones.The main clinical manifestation was bloody stool and for the histopa thology,the main type was inflammatory polypi,secondary type was hyperplastic polypi. |
