益气活血中药防治原发性肝癌患者三维适形放疗对肝储备功能损害的临床研究

目的：探讨益气活血中药防治原发性肝癌患者三维适形放疗对肝储备功能损害的作用。方法：随机将83例巨块型原发性肝癌患者分为两组，甲组42例（治疗组），乙组41例（对照组），两组均先采用TACE（肝脏灌注栓塞化疗）治疗1—2次，4—6周后再行三维适形放疗，甲组患者在放疗期间及放疗后两月口服益气活血中药，乙组患者不服用中药，其余治疗与甲组基本相同，放疗前及放疗后两个月均查吲哚菁绿15分钟潴留率（简称ICGR15）。结果：放疗前ICGR15在两组间比较差异无统计学意义，放疗后ICGR15在两组均有不同程度升高，乙组升高更明显，组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论：益气活血中药能够防治原发性肝癌患者三维适形放疗对肝储备功能的损害。

Prevention and treatment effect of Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine on primary liver cancer three dimensional conformal radiotherapy damage to liver reserve function

Objective： To discuss the effect of Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for the prevention and treatment of primary liver cancer three dimensional conformal radiotherapy damage to liver reserve function. Methods： Eighty- three cases with huge piece of type of primary liver cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group was treatment group （42 cases）, B group was the control group （41 cases）, both of two groups adopted firstly the treatment of TACE 1 to 2 times, four to six weeks later, conducted three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy, for A group , radiotherapy during and 2 month later took orally Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine, while B group didnt take, the rest of the treatment was basiclly the same as A group , both of radiotherapy 2 month before and after checked indocyanine green 15 min retention rate （ herein after referred to as ICGR15 ）. Results： Before radiotherapy, there were no statistically significant difference between the ICGR15 of two groups, after radiotherapy , both of two groups elevated in varying degrees, B group increased more obviously, there were statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat primary liver cancer three dimensional conformal radiotherapy damage to liver reserve function.
